Refund policy

Return Policy

At Union Digital Inc., we are committed to your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return policy applicable to all purchases.

Customized Products:

  • Customized products are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any products that have been personalized or altered according to your specifications.

Standard Return Policy:

  • For non-customized items, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return:

  • To start a return, please contact us at engage@uniondigital.ca. Returns should be sent to the following address: 190 Norseman Street, Unit 100, Etobicoke, ON M8Z2R4.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can address and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges:

  • For the fastest service, return the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at engage@uniondigital.ca.
